Over the last 6 month, we have seen a significant trend in lower interest rates. In fact, they are over 1% lower than what we saw from last November. - Consolidate debt. I caution my clients that this is not always the best idea, but in some cases it makes sense and can make a huge shift of $1000/mo and more in their monthly expenses.
