CrossCountry Mortgage is offering Lower Interest Rates

Over the last 6 month, we have seen a significant trend in lower interest rates. In fact, they are over 1% lower than what we saw from last November. There are a number of reasons why this is happening and if you want to know more about it then, feel free to call me and I'll be happy to discuss the details with you.

So what does this mean to you? We'll there's always an opportunity in every market shift if you know where to look. In this case, the lowering rates present a number of opportunities to you:

  1. Get in the market to buy. If you have been holding off due to high payments, it's possible this shift can make the difference for you.
  2. Lower your current mortgage payment. Even if you bought in January of this year, you may be able refinance and lower your monthly payment significantly. I have a number of clients doing this right now that are saving up to a few hundred a month.
  3. Do the home improvement you always dreamed of doing. Many people have been able to get the money they need for their desired project and keep their payments the same.
  4. Consolidate debt. I caution my clients that this is not always the best idea, but in some cases it makes sense and can make a huge shift of $1000/mo and more in their monthly expenses.

I encourage you to call me for a quick no cost consultation to talk about your opportunity. It is honestly what I love doing because it's these types of conversations that can have a huge impact the lives of my clients. And if you decide to do nothing, which is perfectly good as well, at least you have made a well informed decision. This message has gone out to a large group of our past clients and we do expect to receive a number of phone calls, so please respond quickly to get to the head of the line.

To set up your free consultation send me an email or give me a call at 281.841.1723 today.

And if you know someone that can benefit from this opportunity, please help make an impact on their life and forward it to them.

Warm regards,
