Friday, September 18, 2015 Earlier today, Sen. Dean Heller (R-Nevada) and Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-New Mexico) introduced legislation that would repeal the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA’s) 40% excise tax, also known as the “Cadillac” tax.
